Refund policy
All items must be unused, unaltered and in original packaging with tags. Within 21 days of your purchase, we are happy to refund your original method of payment.
Custom order and clearance merchandise are final sale. Final discretion is left up to Katsch management team.
Online purchases can be returned in store, but will be held to the policy detailed above. Our return policy for in-store purchases varies and applies solely to purchases made in our brick & mortar store.
Holiday Return Policy
To make holiday shopping stress-free, all gift purchases made from November 1st will have an extended return period through January 4th, eligible for merchandise credit. Items returned within 21 days of the original purchase date with a receipt qualify for a full refund. After 21 days, returns with a receipt will be issued as merchandise credit until January 4th.
All Clearance Sales will remain final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
