HOLIDAY GIFTING RETURN POLICY

Giving a gift shouldn't mean guessing the size. Our extended holiday window is made for gift-givers, so the people on your list can swap a size, color, or style after the holidays. Gifts purchased November 1 – December 13, 2026 can be returned or exchanged through January 3, 2027.

Shopping for yourself? Our standard 21-day policy is the one meant for you. We trust you to save the holiday window for the gifts.

How it works

• Within 21 days of purchase (in store) or delivery (online): our standard policy applies. Return for a refund to your original payment method or for store credit.
• After 21 days, through January 3, 2027: holiday purchases can be returned for store credit or exchange only.
• Purchases made on or after December 14, 2026: our standard 21-day return policy applies.

What we need

• Tags still attached, original packaging, and no visible signs of wear or use.
• In store: your receipt or gift receipt.
• Online orders: start your return through our return portal. Online orders may also be returned in any Katsch store.

Gift returns

Returning a gift? With a gift receipt, you'll receive store credit or an exchange. Any refund to a payment method goes to the original purchaser.

Exceptions

• Clearance items are final sale.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• Return label fees apply as described in our standard return policy.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

If you're not completely happy with a purchase, we are happy to return your purchase! You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund for store credit or to the original payment method.

After 21 days, its your to keep.

Re:do Returns: 

• Customers now have the option to pay $1.98 at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order

• If you did not purchase Re:do you can still use our return portal below and purchase an $8.95 return label. No return fee is deducted from your refund total! 

Return Steps:  

1. Start your return at the bottom of this page using your order ID and zip code

2. Select which items you would like to return and your preferred refund method 

3. If you checked out with Re:do, you can return your item for store credit! Otherwise, you can purchase your label for a one-time fee of $8.95

4. Print your label and attach it to the top of the package, then drop it off at any USPS location
